With 25 years of professional culinary experience, I’ve dedicated my career to creating memorable food and seamless dining experiences. My journey has taken me from high-end kitchens to the fast-paced world of touring, where I’ve spent 15+ years cooking and traveling alongside world-famous musicians. Along the way, I’ve appeared multiple times as a competitor on Food Network, showcasing my creativity, skill, and ability to thrive under pressure in front of a national audience.
As a yacht chef in the Caribbean and a world traveler who has explored the cuisines of more than a dozen countries, I bring a global perspective to every plate I create. I believe food should not only nourish but also tell a story, and I draw inspiration from the cultures, flavors, and people I’ve encountered across the globe. Whether in an intimate galley or a large-scale production kitchen, I adapt quickly to diverse environments while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Most recently, I’ve led as Head Chef for America’s largest concert promoter, overseeing demanding operations where efficiency, consistency, and innovation are key. Beyond the kitchen, I pride myself on being an efficiency expert who streamlines systems and solves challenges before they arise. My goal is always the same: to craft exceptional food experiences that connect people, no matter the stage, setting, or circumstance.
